Shipping policy

We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Coke Craze Collection is NOT liable for any packages that may become lost in transit or stolen. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Contact the carrier directly, should your return become lost or stolen.

If you were not available to receive / sign for your package, you will be responsible for contacting your local USPS to schedule re-delivery or pick up your shipment at your local USPS office. If you do not pick up your shipment in a timely manner or schedule re-delivery, USPS will ship your package back to us. We will notify you once we receive your shipment. You will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply to re-ship your order.
