No Refunds/ Store Credit Only
We have a 14-day return policy on, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. NO EXCEPTIONS NO REFUNDS.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a digital store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cokecraze-collection.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for all shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will NOT be accepted - FINAL SALE!

Coke Craze Collection has full authority to refuse a return/refund if the returned merchandise that does not meet the standards of new or unused condition with original, undamaged boxes and hangtags, or our return policy

If your return is not accepted, you may be shipped back the order.

If your return is not accepted and you do not wish to receive the returned item back, you may agree to a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the order items. Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund total and issued in the form of an E-gift card.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your items unless the return falls under the fault of Coke Craze Collection.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If we sent you a wrong or defective item, please contact us ASAP at info@cokecraze-collection.com. You must attach a photo of the defective item in your email along with your order number. Once we've received your email, we will respond to you with instructions to mail back your defective item free of charge. Defective orders will be fully refunded including any shipping charges that were applied. Defective orders may be returned for a full refund or replaced for the same style and reshipped free of charge. Replacements are subject to availability.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
